Contact Centre Team As part of our commitment to customer service, our Worldwide Contact Centre is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You may ask all kinds of questions (commercial, documentation, technical, service, etc.) to our multilingual team (English, French, German, Spanish or Polish). We'll endeavour to answer your questions or put you in contact with the relevant people as quickly as possible.

 
Please note that this service is provided free of charge and is not a service contract; therefore, we cannot offer a guaranteed answer time. However, please be assured that we will do our best, as illustrated by many previous customers' testimonials shown at the bottom of this page.

 
The Contact Centre also provides a proactive e-mailing function. This helps us develop a better working relationship with our customers by keeping them informed of new product launches, technical software releases.

 
The Contact Centre plays a major part in the continuous quality improvement strategy of AREVA T&D by providing an internal e-survey design service for Commercial, Marketing and Communication departments to better understand your requirements.
