Performance Management

To take up business challenges, we must make AREVA T&D a performance driven company.
We can only succeed in this if our people are able to perform at their best and achieve their full potential.

Performance Management is a core business process to reach this and is a fundamental responsibility of every manager.

Composed of 8 modules, its key goals consist in developping all Managers' efficiency in:

1. Setting challenging objectives,
2. Creating motivating development plans,
3. Giving feedback on performance,
4. Using coaching techniques.

Sourcing People Development

With Sourcing assuming a key role within the improvement of our supply chain and manufacturing performance, we invest heavily in the skills and know-how of our Sourcing professionals.

The Sourcing People Development Program has been established in order to help them rise to this new challenge and develop their careers.

Following an analysis of the Seven Key Professional Competencies required in Sourcing for 150 of our Sourcing professionals, each Key Technical Competency will have a dedicated training course.

At the end of the training, the participants are able to:

1. Understand the basics and key principles of Lean Supply Chain and Manufacturing,
2. Use specific tools & methods to build diagnosis for action,
3. Deploy workshops internally or at supplier side to improve Key Performance Indicators.
