Individual configuration and self-monitoring

The MiCOM has a four-stage definite-time over-current trigger, a one-stage inverse-time over-current trigger, and an over and under-voltage trigger. It offers limit-value monitoring and logic based on a programmable scheme. All main functions can be configured individually, and disabled or enabled as desired.

Designed for comprehensive self-monitoring, the MiCOM M830 device also offers parameter subset selection, operating data recording, and disturbance recording of time-tagged signals and all measured signals.

Wide adaptability due to compact, flexible design

The MiCOM M830’s compact design is also flexible, allowing users to adapt it to the scope required. A robust aluminum case houses the boards, and special applications can be accommodated due to the device’s powerful, freely configurable logic.
