Optimho provides excellent protection, without requiring a multitude of settings. It ensures main and back-up protection of overhead lines, including transformer feeders and protection of solid or resistance-earthed systems.

Equipped with three-pole or single-and-three-pole tripping, with or without the aid of a signaling channel, Optimho can provide on-site replacement of obsolete electro-mechanical or switched static distance relays.

Distance protection and self-diagnosis for reduced maintenance

Optimho ensures Mho distance protection in a simple device, and has demonstrated its performance capacities in installations worldwide. Its interrogation system via remote control limits the need for on-site visits, and its ability to carry out self-diagnoses reduces maintenance costs.
