The MVTP is a monitoring device, used to ensure the integrity of busbar integrity and restricted earth fault schemes.
Used to ensure the integrity of busbars and restricted earth fault schemes, the MVTP monitoring device has a low AC burden and requires no external resistors. Single and three-phase for continuous buswire supervisionAvailable in single and three-phase relays, the MVTP provides continuous supervision of the buswires in high impedance type busbar protection schemes. It also detects open-circuited buswires as well as open-circuited main current transformers.Integral buswire shorting facilityMVTP is equipped with an integral buswire shorting facility. With low AC burden capacity, MVTP requires no external resistors. It also ensures that MCAG and MFAC schemes are available. |
